We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

Opened CBD products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
